Ideally located on the beach and just 800 meters for the famous Kalogria Beach in Stoupa, in the West Mani, the property can easily accommodate 12 people. Right in front of the property there is a large bicycle and walking path for sunset walks, which connects Stoupa with Agios Nikolaos.

The property is located 45km from Kalamata Town and 55km from Kalamata Airport.
