A typical modern and elegant property offering lots of light, airy outdoor areas, a private indoor and an outdoor swimming pool, BBQ and a spacious private garden. The back garden is the perfect spot to enjoy sunset drinks and the swimming pool and lounge area make the ideal setting. Villa Virginia is a two-level villa consisting of 5bedrooms, three of which are located on the ground level and offer king-size beds and the other two are located on the lower floor with a twin and a king-size bed. All bedrooms are fully equipped with en suite bathrooms and the property can accommodate up to 10 guests. On the ground level you will find a spacious a dining and a living room area with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels, a gas fireplace as well as a modern kitchen. Luxury and the unique design complete the scenery of neoclassic architecture. On the lower level you will find an indoor pool as well as a stylish cellar with elegant details and lots of wine. A second kitchen and dining area can be found on the lower lever.
